Refunds
- Eligibility: You can request a refund within 1-3 days of receiving your item(s). The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Cairo & Giza: Returns must be made in person at our showroom.
Other governorates: Returns are handled via courier service, and the customer covers the shipping cost.
After inspecting the item at the showroom, we will proceed with the return according to our standard refund policy.

For orders delivered to governorates outside Cairo, a shipping confirmation fee is required to process and confirm your order. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
